Ann Mackenzie

Compliance Manager & Company Secretary

I take a proactive approach to managing various aspects of the organisation's operations, compliance, and risk, with an emphasis on legal and regulatory standards, governance, and data privacy.

My role at ³ÉÈËµçÓ° includes contract preparation and negotiation, governance support, internal audit, risk management oversight, data privacy manager, intellectual property rights protection, to lead by example, offer solutions to complex challenges, assist decision making through clear and informed information provision.
